  4. 01 October  2010- Our staff will forward the reviewer committee members' comments and requirements for edits and revisions to the presenters 
  5. 01 November 2010 - Writers are required to submit their revised presentations and handout materials for posting on the Conference Participants' website
  6. 20-21 January 2011- Conference date
